Because each item is made exclusively for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing errors or change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Contact us at info@duanejayfashion.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will send a replacement at no charge. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
